The normal response to a broken or non working TV is to throw it out. Recently our 2013 55” LG LED TV lost it’s picture. I opted to try and save this TV, seems such a waste to recycle it. I contacted John, who wasted no time trouble shooting over the phone and quoted me $80 -$150. I took the time to bring it to him, went to shop as he worked on it, within one hour, we get a diagnosis, a faulty connection, the LED strips were good. Total charge $65! It’s working like a charm and we saved the recycle bin one more TV carcass….thanks John!
